Goal of the project: The client was updating the living room. The objective was to provide both privacy and give warmth to the room.

What we recommended: The client went with fully closing drapes on the bay window. The Reverie collection has a light sheen. It gives a more formal look to the room. It is a heavyweight fabric that provides good insulation during cold winter nights, and during hot summer afternoons. The color the client went with is Scenic, which is a medium gray and contrasts with the light color on the wall. The designer rod with rings in polished nickel are connected to give a continuous finished look. Finials are made out of glass.

Installation: To increase the impression of height, we installed the drapes right under the molding. To give a more romantic and rich look to the room, the drapes were made longer to have a slight break on the floor
