We have 3 simple suggestions to ease the stress and make the decor transformation fun:
Start with an inspiration photo or photos. Many designers with start with an “inspiration piece” which is an item that inspires the style of the new decor. Make it easy for yourself, search google for a handful of photos you like.
Change one item at a time versus multiple. This way you can reflect on how the one item change affects the room and it will make changing the next item easier.
We recommend starting with changing the window treatments first. Why? Window treatments control the type of light & energy coming into a room and are often the first thing we see when entering a room.
