Goal of the project: The client renovated the living room and dining room in their home in Upper Saddle River, NJ. For this dining room window, the customer wanted a simple look, a slightly textured fabric, with a touch of elegance.

What we recommended: A pair of pinch pleated curtains with our Aruba fabric in Marble color. Aruba is a faux-silk fabric, very easy to maintain. It has a textured fabric with a few natural color tones in it. This fabric goes well with the darker color on the wall and the off-white paint color on the painted wood. The drapes are elegant without overwhelming the room. The decorative rod with rings is in an Antique Pewter color, which goes well with the chandelier in the dining room. The tie-backs give the window a more formal look. 

Installation: We installed the drapes half-way between the ceiling molding and the window molding. The pinch pleated custom curtains are installed 1/2″ off the floor. The customer plans to open and close them regularly.
